HFA CLAUDE PEPPER PHASE I

Board of County Commissioners · 2026-07-21 · resolution

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to approve the issuance of multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County. The debt, not to exceed $100,000,000.00, will be loaned to Redwood CP Holdings I, LLC, to finance the development of a multifamily housing rental project known as Claude Pepper – Phase I. The project involves the acquisition and construction on an approximately 5.8-acre site and will provide approximately 203 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate, or middle income. A public hearing was held on June 17, 2026, and disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Bonds are expected to be issued by September 2026. The debt will be payable solely from the revenues provided by the Borrower and does not represent an obligation of the County.
