Resolution approving the issuance of multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, in an amount not to exceed $32,680,000.00. The proceeds will be loaned to Colony Lakes Housing, L.P. to finance a portion of the costs of the acquisition and rehabilitation of a multifamily housing rental project known as Colony Lakes. The project will preserve or provide approximately 220 units of rental housing. A public hearing was held on June 17, 2026, and disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Board of County Commissioners is expected to approve the issuance.
