HYDRAULIC PARTS

Board of County Commissioners · 2026-07-21 · resolution

Miami-Dade County is establishing a prequalification pool for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services, with an allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term. This pool will serve multiple County departments, including Aviation, Corrections and Rehabilitation, Fire Rescue, Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces, People and Internal Operations, PortMiami, Solid Waste Management, Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW), and Water and Sewer. The pool aims to provide timely access to qualified vendors for maintaining and repairing County equipment and fleet, such as forklifts, platform lifts, and other hydraulically operated machinery. The pool is structured into two groups: Group 1 for Hydraulic Parts and Supplies, and Group 2 for Hydraulic Repair Services. Seven vendors have been prequalified for inclusion, with six being local firms and two of those being certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. The pool will remain open for additional vendors. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners with a favorable recommendation. The Board is scheduled to take action on July 21, 2026.
