Miami-Dade County is establishing a prequalification pool for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services (Prequalification Pool No. EVN0025344) for multiple County departments. The pool has an allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term. This pool will replace a previous one and aims to provide timely access to qualified vendors for maintenance and repair of County equipment, including light and heavy-duty vehicles and machinery. Departments will conduct spot market competitions for specific projects. The pool is structured into two groups: Group 1 for Hydraulic Parts and Supplies, and Group 2 for Hydraulic Repair Services. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation on June 10, 2026. The BCC is scheduled to consider this item on July 21, 2026.
