Miami-Dade County is establishing a prequalification pool for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services, designated as Pool No. EVN0025344. This pool will have a total allocation of $31,400,591.00 and an eight-year term, serving multiple County departments. The increased allocation accounts for higher demand, inflation, and the need to replace aging components. Specific departmental allocations are detailed, with the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) receiving the largest share ($10,944,000) due to expanded operational demands and fleet maintenance, including support for the new South Dade Transit Operations Center. The County Mayor or designee can award contracts under the pool, with awards exceeding $5,000,000 (or $1,500,000 for the Aviation Department) requiring BCC ratification.
