Miami-Dade County is establishing Prequalification Pool No. EVN0025344 for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services. This pool has an allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term and will serve multiple County departments. The purpose is to provide timely access to qualified vendors for ongoing maintenance and repair operations of County equipment and fleet, including light and heavy-duty vehicles and hydraulically operated machinery. Departments will conduct spot market competitions for projects. The pool will be structured into two groups: Group 1 for Hydraulic Parts and Supplies, and Group 2 for Hydraulic Repair Services. Seven vendors have been prequalified for inclusion, with six being local firms and two of those being certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. The pool will remain open for additional vendors to be added. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation.
