Miami-Dade County is establishing a prequalification pool for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services, designated as Pool No. EVN0025344. This pool has a total allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term and will serve multiple County departments. The purpose is to provide timely access to qualified vendors for the maintenance and repair of County equipment and fleet, including light and heavy-duty vehicles and hydraulically operated machinery. The pool will be structured into two groups: Group 1 for Hydraulic Parts and Supplies, and Group 2 for Hydraulic Repair Services. The County Mayor or designee can add vendors to the pool at any time, subject to bi-annual ratification by the Board. Contract awards exceeding $5,000,000.00, or $1,500,000.00 for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, require Board ratification. Seven vendors have been prequalified, with six being local firms and two of those being certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. The pool replaces Prequalification Pool No. RTQ-00580.
