IMPROVEMENTS TO SW 268 STREET FROM US-1 TO SW 139 STREET

Miami-Dade County is proceeding with improvements to SW 268 Street, spanning from US-1 to SW 139 Avenue. This project involves road widening, beautification, and right-of-way acquisition for Parcel 1. The scope includes reconstruction, widening, milling and resurfacing, new drainage, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, signalization, lighting, bicycle facilities, and Water and Sewer Department utility improvements. The estimated cost for design, construction, and acquisition is $12,739,000, funded by the Countywide Road Widening program and Mobility Impact Fees.
