INFILL HOUSING CONVEYANCE-ELITE EQUITY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the conveyance of county-owned properties to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Inc. and Elite Equity Development, Inc. for the development of affordable housing. The properties, identified by specific folio numbers, will be declared surplus and conveyed for $10.00 each. The developers are required to build and sell affordable housing to very low-, low-, or moderate-income households within two years of the conveyance. The matter was forwarded to the Board with a favorable recommendation from the Housing Committee and a deferral was requested to the September 1, 2026 meeting.
