Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to declare certain county-owned properties as surplus and convey them for affordable housing development. The properties, identified by Folio Nos. 10-7813-011-0090, 10-7812-007-0640, 30-7908-026-0180, and 30-7908-026-0150, will be conveyed to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Inc. and Elite Equity Development, Inc. for $10.00 each.
