Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs is authorized to receive and expend a $900,000 grant from The Miami Foundation over a three-year term (August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2029) to support its operations and activities. The grant funds will be disbursed in annual installments of $300,000 and can be used for overhead, marketing, supplies, and other administrative expenses, but not for regranting to specific individuals or organizations. Any allocation to specific events, programs, or initiatives requires prior Board approval. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute the grant agreement and necessary documents. The resolution was on the Consent Agenda.
