Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the plat of 'My Academy'. The project is located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 56 South, Range 39 East, with boundaries defined by SW 216 Street (north), SW 127 Avenue (east), approximately 175 feet north of SW 218 Street (south), and approximately 120 feet east of SW 127 Court (west). The applicant is My Academy Preschool & Learning Center II, LLC. The proposed usage is a Daycare & School, with one parcel. All improvements are stated to be in place, and there is no fiscal impact to the county. A condition of approval requires connection to public water and public sanitary sewers.
