The pilot program will facilitate expedited regulatory approvals for businesses selling FOG, provide technical assistance, and collect data for potential regulatory reform. Input from the EPA and FDEP will be sought for any necessary amendments to FOG regulations. A report detailing the proposed pilot program, including any necessary regulatory amendments, is due within 90 days of the resolution's effective date and will be placed on the Board's agenda without committee review.
