Miami-Dade County is scheduling public budget hearings for Fiscal Year 2026-27. The hearings are set for September 3, 2026, at 5:01 p.m. and September 17, 2026, at 5:01 p.m. These dates are necessary for preparing the "Notice of Proposed Property Taxes" to be mailed to property owners in August. The hearings will take place in the Commission Chambers, Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1st Street, Miami, Florida. This action is required by Florida Statutes section 200.065.
