REMOVING ROW DESIGNATION NW 9 AVENUE AND BOB HOPE ROAD

Miami-Dade County is removing the public road right-of-way designation from a portion of county-owned property located at the intersection of NW 9 Avenue and Bob Hope Road, south of NW 15 Street. This action is a prerequisite for the University of Miami to acquire the parcel for future development, contingent on a separate road closing petition by the City of Miami for an adjacent segment of NW 9 Avenue. The Transportation Committee recommended forwarding this to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation. The BCC is scheduled to consider this item on July 21, 2026.
