Miami-Dade County Commission is authorizing the County Mayor or designee to receive and expend $62,512,577.00 in United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Fiscal Year 2025 Continuum of Care Program funds for homeless housing and services. This includes entering into renewal grant and sub-grant agreements and exercising associated clauses. Resolution No. R-130-06, requiring agreements to be finalized and executed by all non-County parties, is being waived to expedite contract renewal. The funds are for Calendar Year 2026 and will reimburse non-profit providers and select municipalities. The Housing Committee forwarded the resolution with a favorable recommendation as corrected, noting a scrivener's error.
