This report analyzes the Community-Based Organization (CBO) grant application process and the performance and funding of legacy CBOs in Miami-Dade County. The competitive grant application process (CBO2425) for human and social services, intended to distribute $15,441,400 annually, received 518 applications totaling $124,631,734.
