Miami-Dade County Commission is considering a resolution to authorize the execution of an Amended and Restated County Deed for Palmetto Homes Urban Development Group, Inc. This resolution grants a two-year extension from the recording of the amended deed for Palmetto Homes to construct, complete, and sell single-family homes to qualified buyers through the Infill Housing Program. The original conveyance of these five properties was authorized by Resolution No. R-1069-20, with a previous extension granted by Resolution No. R-548-23. The current extension request was made by Palmetto Homes on October 6, 2025. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to enforce the deed provisions and exercise reversionary rights if necessary. Signage identifying the County and the district commissioner will be placed on the properties.
