Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering ratification of Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. S-930B between Miami-Dade County and Daniel O'Connell's Sons, Inc. for the ST-2D-B South District Wastewater Treatment Plant (SDWWTP) Substations 5/6 and 15/16 project. This change order grants a 622-day non-compensable time extension due to delays in electrical equipment fabrication and delivery, and required shutdowns for installation.
