Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to approve a second amendment to a grant agreement with 1109 NW 2nd Ave LLC. This amendment increases the grant amount from $8,600,000.00 to $12,957,876.00. The funds are for the acquisition and development of properties in the Overtown area for affordable housing and commercial uses.
