Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is delegating authority to the County Mayor or designee to negotiate and execute an amendment to an Exchange Agreement with UniCapital Medley QOZB LLC. This amendment will modify minimum design requirements and increase the County's contribution for the Animal Services Department South Dade Pet Adoption and Protection Center.
