Miami-Dade County is seeking authorization to receive and expend $62,512,577.00 in United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fiscal Year 2025 Continuum of Care Program funds for homeless housing and services. This includes entering into renewal grant and sub-grant agreements and exercising associated clauses. The resolution waives a requirement for all non-county parties to finalize agreements to expedite contract renewal.
