Miami-Dade County is seeking authorization to receive and expend $62,512,577.00 in United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fiscal Year 2025 Continuum of Care Program funds for homeless housing and services. This includes entering into renewal grant and sub-grant agreements and exercising modification, termination, and renewal clauses. The resolution also waives a previous resolution requiring all non-county parties to finalize and execute agreements to expedite contract renewal. The funds are for Calendar Year 2026 and will reimburse non-profit providers and select municipalities.
