ANNUAL STATUS REPORT REGARDING FPL MSA

This is an annual status report on projects authorized under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Florida Power & Light (FPL) Services, LLC, approved on December 12, 2023, for electrical infrastructure projects over a 20-year term, not to exceed $912,000,000.00. Three initial projects have commenced implementation under the MSA, with work approximately 10% complete as of January 1, 2026. No monies have been spent to date as projects are not yet commissioned. Small business participation goals are not applicable due to state preemption. The next status report is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027.
