CONVEY PERMANENT EASEMENT TO FDOT (PARCEL 802)

Miami-Dade County authorized the conveyance of a 340 square foot permanent easement, Parcel 802, located at 15655 Biscayne Boulevard, North Miami Beach, Florida, to the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for $37,100.00. This easement is for the construction, installation, and maintenance of a sidewalk, roadway pavement, crosswalk, pedestrian signalization devices, and other roadway signalization features to improve traffic and pedestrian safety along State Road 5/Biscayne Boulevard. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about February 10, 2030, and last approximately 300 days. FDOT will be solely responsible for all project costs and long-term maintenance. The easement will revert to the County if FDOT discontinues its use for transportation purposes.
