CHANGE ORDER #1 LANZO CONSTRUCTION (S-958)

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering Change Order #1 for Contract S-958 with Lanzo Construction Co., Florida. This change order approves a 1,000-calendar day time extension and increases the contract amount by $5,411,816.28, bringing the total contract value to $12,664,944.53. The project involves installing 16-inch, 12-inch, and 8-inch DI water mains and 10-inch and 8-inch DI gravity sewers along NW 22nd Avenue from NW 79th Street to NW 90th Street, and an 8-inch DI force main along NW 87th Street.
