Miami-Dade County is establishing a prequalification pool for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services for multiple County departments. The pool, EVN0025344, has a total allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term. This pool will replace a previous one and aims to provide timely access to qualified vendors for maintenance and repair of County equipment, including light and heavy-duty vehicles and machinery. Departments will conduct spot market competitions for specific projects. The pool is structured into two groups: Group 1 for parts and supplies, and Group 2 for repair services. Seven vendors have been prequalified, with six being local firms and two certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. The pool remains open for additional vendor additions. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation on June 10, 2026. The BCC is scheduled to consider this item on July 21, 2026.
