Miami-Dade County is establishing a prequalification pool for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services for multiple County departments. The pool, EVN0025344, has a total allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term. This pool will replace a previous one and aims to provide timely access to qualified vendors for maintenance and repair of County equipment, including light and heavy-duty vehicles and machinery. The pool is divided into two groups: Group 1 for Hydraulic Parts and Supplies, and Group 2 for Hydraulic Repair Services. Seven vendors have been prequalified, with six being local firms and two of those being certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. The pool will remain open for additional vendors. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation on June 10, 2026. The BCC is scheduled to consider this item on July 21, 2026.
