Miami-Dade County is establishing a prequalification pool for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services for multiple County departments. The pool, EVN0025344, has a total allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term. This pool will allow departments to conduct spot market competitions for procuring and installing hydraulic components and services needed for light and heavy-duty County equipment and fleet. The pool is structured into two groups: Group 1 for Hydraulic Parts and Supplies, and Group 2 for Hydraulic Repair Services. Seven vendors have been prequalified for inclusion, with outreach continuing for additional vendors. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation on June 10, 2026. The BCC is scheduled to consider this item on July 21, 2026.
