N. BEACH CRA FY25-26 & FY24-25 AMENDED BUDGET

Miami-Dade County Commissioners adopted resolutions approving the amended Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget of $4,981,000.00 and the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget of $6,035,000.00 for the North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and the North Beach Community Redevelopment Area. These budgets are funded through tax increment financing (TIF). The FY24-25 budget amendments included realigning funds and incorporating prior year carryover revenue. The FY25-26 amended budget includes County TIF, City TIF, projected interest, and fund balance/prior year surplus.
