Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget for the Southeast Overtown Park West Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Area. The total budget amount is $280,997,692.00. The budget includes various revenue sources such as Tax Increment Financing (TIF) from the County ($22,188,418) and City ($34,618,589), bond proceeds ($173,265,830), a contribution from the Children's Trust Fund ($2,252,986), carryover funds ($44,644,511), and non-TIF revenue ($4,027,358).
