Miami-Dade County is considering the amended Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget for the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency and the Omni Community Redevelopment Area. The total amended budget is $73,064,289.00. The budget includes various expenditures such as professional and contractual services ($1,400,000), grants to outside organizations ($31,285,468), debt service ($2,815,441), land acquisition ($250,768), construction projects in progress ($1,429,835), and obligations with other governments including funds for the Performing Arts Center, Seaport tunnel, Children's Trust programs, and Maurice Ferre Park capital improvements.
