Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the amended Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget for the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency and Area. The total amended budget is $73,064,289.00. The budget was approved by the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency on February 12, 2026, and by the City of Miami on February 26, 2026. The budget includes funding for administrative expenditures, operating and redevelopment expenses, grants to outside organizations, debt service, interfund transfers, land acquisition, construction projects in progress, and obligations with other governments, including payments to the County for the Performing Arts Center and Seaport tunnel, and capital improvements for Maurice Ferre Park. The redevelopment area is located within County Commission Districts 3 and 5. The Agency's revenue source is tax increment financing (TIF). The Agency and redevelopment area are scheduled to sunset on July 7, 2047. A $150 million bond to fund projects within the redevelopment plan is pending approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
