Miami-Dade County is holding a countywide special election on November 3, 2026, to vote on amending the Home Rule Charter, Article 7, to expand allowable advertising within parks. The proposed amendment would remove the requirement that advertising must be related to sponsorship of events or facilities, provided it does not impair park use or cause damage, and that all revenue generated is for the exclusive use of the park where the advertising occurs.
