Miami-Dade County is seeking approval for an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Broward, Monroe, and Palm Beach Counties for services related to the Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact. Miami-Dade County will contribute $285,000 over three fiscal years (2027-2029), with $95,000 allocated annually. Broward County will retain and supervise the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) on behalf of the four counties.
