AGREEMENT WITH DHS - TRAIL GLADES

Miami-Dade County is seeking to ratify an agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for the use of Trail Glades Range facilities for training purposes. The agreement is for a one-year term with an estimated payment of $216,320.00. The Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department operates the facility. The Recreation, Tourism, and Resiliency Committee forwarded the item to the Board of County Commissioners with a favorable recommendation. CBP has utilized the range facilities since 2010.
