AGREEMENT WITH DHS - TRAIL GLADES

Miami-Dade County is seeking to ratify an agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for the use of Trail Glades Range facilities for training purposes. The agreement is for a one-year term with an estimated payment of $216,320.00. The County Mayor or their designee is authorized to execute this agreement and future similar agreements, provided they are legally sufficient and do not negatively impact the County fiscally. The Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department will oversee compliance. CBP has utilized the range since 2010.
