Miami-Dade County is accepting an Assignment of Option to Purchase approximately 10 acres within the Environmentally Endangered Lands Program South Dade Wetlands Project. The seller is the Estate of Rachel M. Noto, represented by Timothy H. Noto and Ellen C. Noto. The purchase price is $3,500,000.00, funded by Building Better Communities General Obligation Bond funds. The property is located at SW 344 St & SW 169 Ave. The Board of County Commissioners is authorizing the County Mayor or designee to execute the assignment and accept conveyance.
