Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to a professional services agreement with Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. for Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) services for The Underline Phase 3 – Segments 3 to 9. This supplemental agreement increases the maximum contract value by $2,252,721.83 to a total of $8,252,721.83 and extends the contract term by 270 non-compensable calendar days to a total of 1,654 days.
