Miami-Dade County is approving the award of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) for General Engineering Consultants to CHA Consulting, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. The agreements are for a wide range of engineering, surveying, architectural, landscaping, technical, management, and administrative services. The total combined amount for these agreements is not to exceed $28,600,000, inclusive of contingency, for a five-year term with a potential two-year renewal option. These services will support projects within the Five-Year Implementation Plan of the People's Transportation Plan, including transit facility and park-and-ride improvements. The agreements are work order-driven and intended to provide flexible, as-needed support. The Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust (CITT) is required to provide a recommendation before the Board of County Commissioners considers the award.
