Miami-Dade County is approving the award of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) for General Engineering Consultants to CHA Consulting, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. The agreements are for a wide range of engineering, surveying, architectural, landscaping, technical, management, and administrative services. The total amount for these five-year agreements, inclusive of contingency, is not to exceed $28,600,000. These services will support projects within the Five-Year Implementation Plan of the People's Transportation Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-30, including transit facility and park-and-ride improvements. The agreements are work order-driven and intended to provide flexible, as-needed support. Funding sources include Mobility Impact Fees, Secondary Gas Tax, Quality Neighborhoods Improvement Program, Stormwater Utility, Operating Funds, and People's Transportation Plan funds. The Transportation Committee forwarded this item with a favorable recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners.
