Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved an Interlocal Agreement with the Village of Key Biscayne for the regulation of micromobility devices, electric bicycles, and motorized scooters on county roads within the Village. The agreement authorizes the Village to enforce county regulations and potentially adopt additional restrictions. The Board authorized the County Mayor or designee to execute the agreement. The Transportation Committee forwarded the item with a favorable recommendation.
