Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to waive formal bid procedures and approve a retroactive license agreement with Kelco Dadeland Associates, Ltd. (Kelco). The agreement allows Kelco to continue using County-owned property near the Dadeland North Metrorail Station, specifically at the northeast corner of S.W. 70th Avenue and US-1, for maintaining an illuminated directional sign. This agreement replaces a previous one that expired on February 6, 2026.
