Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is considering a Resolution authorizing a Maintenance Map for SW 268th Street at its intersections with SW 145th Avenue and SW 139th Avenue. This action is to establish prima facie evidence of County ownership for road purposes, as the County has been maintaining this section of right-of-way for over seven years. The Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) is recommending approval.
