This action is to officially record the County's vested ownership and maintenance responsibility for these road segments, which are part of ongoing roadway improvements including milling, resurfacing, and pavement markings. The Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) has recommended approval. The Transportation Committee forwarded this item to the BCC with a favorable recommendation. The County has been maintaining these areas for over seven years. There is no fiscal impact as the County is already funding maintenance through its General Fund allocation.
