OFF-SYSTEM AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is approving an Off-System Construction and Maintenance Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for roadway improvements. The project involves the reconstruction of sidewalks, curb ramps, and a traffic separator, along with milling, resurfacing, widening, striping, curb and gutter, loops, and signage. The project is estimated to cost $5,900,000, funded and built by FDOT, with an anticipated construction start date of March 2027. Miami-Dade County will be responsible for maintenance operations upon project completion.
