OFF-SYSTEM AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is approving an Off-System Construction and Maintenance Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for local roadway improvements on SR 934/NW 74th Street Connector from west of NW 77th Court to east of Red Road. The project includes work on NW 74th Street Connector and NW 72nd Avenue. Specific improvements include reconstruction of sidewalks, curb ramps, milling and resurfacing, widening, striping, and installation of a traffic separator. The project is estimated to cost $5,900,000, funded and built by FDOT, with an anticipated construction start date of March 2027. Miami-Dade County will be responsible for maintenance operations upon project completion.
