Anchors at Gulf Harbor is 78% complete, with the last draw approved May 26, 2026. Cobia Cove is 41% complete, with the last draw approved April 29, 2026. Ardent at Gulf View (Brownstone Group) had a resolution approved February 17, 2026, but its status is unclear after losing SAIL in appeals. Congress Street Senior (Elmington) and Congress Street Family (Elmington) are not moving forward as they did not receive SAIL. Congress Street Work Force Housing (Dominium) had a resolution approved February 17, 2026, and is targeting a Fall 2027 closing. EKOS at Bayonet Point III (McDowell) had a resolution approved March 24, 2026, and is targeting a November closing.
