[7760 Lund Rd., Milton; case 2026-21-RSS] Kenneth Weeks is seeking to rezone 0.50 +/- acres at 7760 Lund Rd., Milton, from AGRR (Rural Residential Agriculture) to RR1 (Rural Residential Single Family Residential). The Future Land Use is changing from AGRR (Agriculture Rural Residential) to SFR (Single Family Residential). The Zoning Board recommended approval without objection. [5400 Block of Woodbine Rd., Pace; case 2026-23-RSS] Pinckard Legacy Holdings, LLC is seeking to rezone approximately 6.40 +/- acres located in the 5400 Block of Woodbine Rd., Pace, from AGRR (Rural Residential Agriculture) to HCD (Highway Commercial Development). The Future Land Use is changing from AGRR (Agriculture Rural Residential) to COMM (Commercial). The Zoning Board recommended approval on a vote of 5-3, with Ed Carson, Jane Hayes, and Gene Sullivan in opposition. [4342 Pace Ln, Pace; case 2026-6-R] Bill Walther Construction, INC is requesting to amend the conditions to Ordinance 2019-10, adopted May 28, 2009, for a 0.496 +/- acre property at 4342 Pace Ln, Pace. The current condition limits the property to only one duplex. [1400 Block of Bahia Dr., Navarre Beach; case 2026-20-RSS & 2026-1-LA] Thomas W Greene, represented by Belle Vision Coffee LLC (Susan Bradshaw), is appealing Ordinance 2008-14 and Rezoning 2008-R-035 for a 0.11 +/- acre property in the 1400 Block of Bahia Dr., Navarre Beach. The request is to amend conditions, including allowing commercial use on the parcel, limiting use to a real estate office, limiting hours to 9am-5pm, and requiring development to resemble adjacent uses with blow out walls. A lease amendment request is also included to allow for commercial use.
