The Board of Adjustment considered a variance request for 5241 Loggerhead Place, Hutchinson Island, St. Lucie County, Florida. The applicants, Carl and Margaret Tickner, sought relief from Land Development Code setback requirements for a proposed 891-square-foot elevated residence.
